Just kidding SCF.

Great to see. I’m actually going to get up at 4:00 and watch the coverage. It should be entertaining.

It would be awesome to see JB win The Open and Teater win The Barbasol. I think he is tied for 4th right now. Let the Kentucky boys sweep the weekend.

Maybe Azinger will be nicer toward JB (about his deliberate play) than Miller was. I loved Miller, but damn he rode JB hard

Man that was a huge meltdown by JB in the final round. A +16 for the day would have been like my score.

Yeah Miller wasn't a fan of slow play. Not sure what's happened to JB, he hasn't always played so slow like that. I don't think Koepka enjoyed being grouped with him either. Read where he walked past a tournament official and pointed to his wrist implying the slow play.

An 87 takes much longer to shoot than a 67! But you’re right. Too much “visualization” and practice swings.

Has any player ever lost more money on one round of professional golf.
Easily lost $500k between where he started the day and where he finished.

Even par yesterday would have earned him 1.1 million and he got 25,400 for finishing 67th. Has to be a sick man this morning plus he is catching hell for his play and demeanor on the course!

John’s demeanor and continued slow play is starting to wear thin even on his supporters such as myself.

If you recall, he also snubbed his nose at the Barbasol last year. They begged him to play, and from what I’m told, he didn’t even have the decency or to even respond to their requests.

He’s becoming very unlikable.

He was an alternate at the Open last year. He was one of the last ones not to make it. If I remember correctly he was the first alternate not in the field. It makes sense to make the trip over in case someone backs out. Not responding to the requests is an issue though, but who knows if that’s true.

JB has done a lot of charity work and seems like a good guy on the course. I think it’s fair to question his slow play, but I’m not sure it’s fair to question his character.

Wonder if that meltdown cooked him for good?
I think it’ll knock him out for the rest of the season. Not that he was really playing well anyways.

I was hoping he could sneak into the top 30 and get into the tour championship to get into all of the majors for next year but that’s not looking too good right now.

3 rounds of excellent golf at the British....very solid tourney at the Rocket Mortgage his prior event.
3 rounds at the British were awesome and a t-21 at the Rocket Mortgage. That’s really all he’s done since he won in February.

JB hasn't done much to endear himself to fans, current pros, or anyone else for that matter. I was told by someone who would know that when the Ryder Cup was at Valhalla, friends and even former teammates from his UK days reached out to him to see if he could help them get tickets. Not give them tickets but just help them get tickets. He never even returned their call. Also, when he was at UK, if stories are true, no one wanted to room with him because he didn't shower regularly.

It seems as though JB has bought into how great he is and now has an over inflated value of self worth. I've never been a big JB fan. He used to be fun to watch simply because of how far he could hit it. His sunday round at the Open was entertaining like a train wreck is entertaining. I couldn't stop watching it. Hopefully that performance is a wake up call and gives him a dose humility.

He needs to take a few months off and get a mental coach and work out his slow play ********. That’s all in his head.

Was wondering the same. Don't know if it's a good or bad thing that he jumped back in the water that quick. Looks bad though.
This is a World Golf Championship event. There are a lot of the top golfers that are playing that were in The Open.
