I’m seeing Brohms name coming up in searches like Florida and Penn State. I do feel like he would stay at Louisville, but is an extension and pay raise in the works to help solidify him here? Also, is there more encouragement to the boosters to increase his resources so he stays here as well

I think the first telling sign of an extension was actually the PK one last spring — JH isn't afraid to lock them up early and spend. I also just want to add that while yes his name may be coming up for PSU and Florida — I don't see it.

Really think the key here on an extension is the number of years on a contact. Quick and dirty numbers like $7.5 Million, for 10 years, IMO would lock up Jeff for the foreseeable future. Also definitely needs some additional cash to pay staff, in particular keeping English as DC is very important for Jeff B IMO.
Is this based on knowledge or just a gut feeling? Not being combative, just curious. I think Brohm would want a raise(rightfully so) but I get a feeling he would care more about getting more money to help him succeed like assistant pool money, NIL etc. which you alluded to there a little. And he should use this as leverage to make sure his program isn’t falling behind

As I've said many times before, there is no locking coaches up anymore. They can get out of contracts easier than returning something to Amazon.. I see no issue with giving him a raise because he deserves it. Not sure about extensions and ridiculous buyouts..
If JH treats CJB well, he ain't going nowhere. This is where he wants to be and as long as he gets a fair contract and the $ for staff & NIL, he won't hold UofL hostage for a $9 mil contract for himself. JH will do whatever it takes to keep CJB happy. I am not worried.
