Apparently these computer geeks place much MORE value on who you've lost to than who you've actually beaten, which to me is beyond ridiculous!!!
I realize that OSU and Clemson aren't very good, but WHY do our losses to them carry so much weight???!!!!
Why worry about it in January when it doesn’t matter until March. We know that we aren’t going to get awarded for beating teams we aren’t Duke.
Bracket Matrix has us as a 3 seed right now. I’m not sure that being one seed line off the consensus is a big enough deal to worth calling someone out.
Either way, we’ll have plenty of opportunity left to rise or fall. The conference schedule has just started, and almost every game will be against a tournament quality team from here on out.

Top four seed is a very realistic spot for us I think.
I get my bracketology from Rupp Rafters posters so I had us on a consensus 11 seed. Apparently, in basketball, if you score more points than the other team you still lose the game. You have to win by scoring less points than the other team in a defensive battle to be championship material 
I'd rather play a 2 seed in the sweet 16 than a 1, it kinda does matter.
Our eventual seeding matters. Jerry Palm does not matter.

The ACC sucks but Clemson, 5-1 is 2nd in the ACC and 31st in the NET and OHS is 38th, road game wise that goes up to 75th and neutral to 50 they are solid Quad 1 losses. Not great losses in my eyes, but far from bad losses.
The fact Pope has it to where we are actually sitting here talking about getting a possible 2 seed, is absolutely bonkers to me. This is incredible.

Clemson tourney quality teams I believe, now the Ohio state loss was unacceptable, but the Clemson loss was just a possession away. I believe Clemson makes the tourney for sure. Ohio State has dropped a couple they shouldn’t have based on how they played us, but the BIG is strong so they will have plenty of chances to sneak in. They also have good guards so they could win the conference tourney. They only take 15 teams too and have won it quite often.
Yeah I hate having that many quad 4’s but in our defense, who would have guessed we would be performing as well as we are and I’m sure some of the thought process was we needed some easy wins to get our feet wet and help the team gel. It is what it is at this point. If we go into the tournament with 10-12 quad 1 wins, we are going to get a quality seed.

Just watched the Hoops HD seeding show and they have Kentucky as a 2 seed #7 overall and they have Houston as a 6 seed #22 overall they said this exact quote "Who has Houston beaten ?"
