It is according to some of the people responding on my thread in the basketball board.
He sure was proud of the way I was moving when I passed that crowd... coming out the door and headed toward me at a trot.
RIP John! Had been battling colon cancer for quite awhile now. He was in the news a lot and was doing what he could to raise awareness. Had gone quite for a couple years and no one heard from him until his death sadly. I have a couple 1:24 diecasts of his and numerous 1:64. Drove the famous 43 STP and Cheerios was my favorite car he drove. Obviously the family's lineage runs deep in the IndyCar Series.
