Yes, I agree with you. It seems to me the remarks were something about U of L fans didn't understand the "food chain" and we're stupid. Since John L. filed bankruptcy, I wonder how high on the hog he is eating now.

He should have taken the high road and signed a $25 mil extension before he left, then hired his girlfriend to work for him, and took her motorcycle riding. He'd be alright in our book if he'd just done that instead of bad mouthing our fans at our half full stadium, and making bad investments.
He was far and away the most fan friendly coach we've ever had.
