I do not agree with Jon, so it is reasonable to make some doubts in Kentucky forum, is this problem? Why do you many of you feel everyone else has to agree with your thoughts?
If you think UK should be ranked higher and Rothstein doesn't, is it really that big a deal?
Lulz. Where did I hack on UK?I do not agree with Jon, so it is reasonable to make some doubts in Kentucky forum, is this problem?
Sorry, you will hack on Kentucky team if Kentucky loses, but Kentucky wins, you will say "nothing matters" "not a big deal".
Sorry, your opinion is not even worth debating. I will ignore youLulz. Where did I hack on UK?
If you disagree with him or he disagrees with you, why does it matter? Why does it bother you to the point of running to the internet to make a post on about you not agreeing with someone else when you're a fan of the team and their a sports journalist. More likely that not, you're going to disagree.
Couldn't you do the same with Rothstein and save us the whining?Sorry, your opinion is not even worth debating. I will ignore you
I think it’s the casual use of the word hater in the thread that draws attention. The fact that some random silly pollster has left KY out of their top 10 is rather irrelevant and doesn’t merit the word hate unless you are a preteen female or otherwise emotionally tender.I do not agree with Jon, so it is reasonable to make some doubts in Kentucky forum, is this problem?

Never"Does Kentucky Have Too Many Players".
This is an absurd take. How often do we hear talking heads rave about bench depth at Puke, KU, UNC, etc in the past, and even Cal's platooning team that beat the **** out of everyone that year? But now having a deep bench of talented players is a negative?
GTFO.
Fair enough.Lulz. Where did I hack on UK?

Eh I mean even in the poll we are 9th.
I can only see his top 10 above but what if he had us I dunno 13th/14th? Would that be much of a difference between the consensus in the poll of 9?
Flipside Kenpom rankings has us 4th. He has Purdue 3rd. Had that game been a regular season game, we'd have been favorited.
None of this really matters right now.
This is true, but it's just more "disrespect". I can't wait to bludgeon some teams this year if this is who we truly are. Pope has a chance to do something pretty damn amazing this season.
The average fan now days are just as as smart as these experts. Just be mindful of the content and why it's coming a certain way.
I was already here reading. How did I run here for his post?Fair enough.
Let’s just keep things in perspective and also remember something bothered you to the point of running to the internet to make a post about you not agreeing with chasingwildcat.
This. But it's extremely annoying. They shouldn't be commenting then. The problem with social media these days is it makes everyone an "Expert" when they are obviously not.
Granted, I don't expect sports commentators/journalists to have the same amount of integrity as other journalists, but at least try to be in a realm of reality.

I don't disagree that we are those things this year, but we don't have to expect or whine anytime someone doesn't agree with that. Obviously, as fans, we are going to be a little more biased to our team. Doesn't mean we are right or wrong, but we still have to prove it. Many will be bullish until we do. I don't see an issue with that.I mean okay I guess I see the point but to say this Kentucky team is not top 10 is absolutely ridiculous. It’s a top 5 team, maybe the best or top 3. Easily one of the early favorites for a final four 100%. To say it’s not top 10 makes absolutely no sense. It’s click bait.
How many players are on NBA rosters?
These guys are all pros now. Play when your number is called. Take your DNPs like a man.
And they only have to focus for about 5 more months.
Depth is always a positive. But as I always say like with the 2015 team, what matters for that title shot is your starting 5 and top 6/7. I was never enamored with 15’s starting 5, especially the 3 spot. Just wasn’t near the best starting 5 that year. I cringe when someone says 2015 over 1996. I don’t think they’d keep it within 10. All this to say I want the depth however what’s more important is the 5 on the floor. And this teams top 7 is easily top 3 in the nation to me. No worse than 5. When healthy of course.
This is exactly the issue with the 2015 team. 1-5 that team was very good but not dominant. 1-10 however that team was one of the most dominating teams in the history of college basketball.Depth is always a positive. Welp, he went online, was searching for polls from sports writers or reading Twitter, saw his poll and ran to this site to post it.How did he run here for his post?
Maybe two clicks in the extreme case to open this site and you’re dramatizing that as running and painting it as negative. But you feel you should be entitled to dramatize his actions and condescend to him so you condescend to me because I don’t see that. If you can handle it in adult terms your problem is fundamental attribution error.Welp, he went online, was searching for polls from sports writers or reading Twitter, saw his poll and ran to this site to post it.
I feel odd having to explain something so simple to what I imagine is another adult.
If you feel condescended, that's on you for feeling that way. I just pointed out the obvious, which you literally asked for. So I would take all that up with yourself, big guy.Maybe two clicks in the extreme case to open this site and you’re dramatizing that as running and painting it as negative.
