That's a nice commitment. We don't have a huge quantity of commits yet, but the quality and offer sheets, for the most part, are very solid. Do we have any idea who is taking the lead on recruiting now that the Big Dog Pile has moved on? I would've thought Wolford but that's a pure guess on my part.

Crutchfield is local, and I've seen him play several times the last couple of years. Good size, good athlete, and physical. He was up to 206 this spring and moved to safety. He has since transferred up to Vero Beach. I'll see him on 8/15 against Miami Norland. I wouldn't be surprised to see him play some WR as well. He has good hands. On 8/14 I'll be watching UK WR commit Denarius Gray as Chaminade plays at defending 6A champ West Boca. Top it off with a double header on 8/16 with Carol City v Tallahassee Lincoln and powerhouses Lakeland v Miami Northwestern in the nightcap. Great way to start the season.
