Josian Thompson came out of high school being a 5-star recruit. His freshman year he made all SEC freshman team. Last year he along with the other offensive linemen were awful. I know we made an offensive line coaching change. Not so sure it was all the coaches' faults. Josiah along with all the other starting offensive linemen were awful. Josiah just guessing let a lot of people get in his ear and told him he was worth a lot. He went to Georgia and from what I understand Georgia did not make an offer. So off he goes to Miami. Same thing no offer from Miami. Josiah gets in touch with Beamer and asks if he can come back. I guess Beamer like before let the players vote on whether to let him return. It appears they voted to let him return. My whole point is if Georgia and Miami did not even come close to making him an offer tells me that he was not worth the investment. So, we shall see if the new offensive line coach can coach him up because he has to compete with all the incoming transfers. Only time will tell. If it was me and this is just my humble opinion I would have told Josiah to find another landing spot. I don't think he is that good and like a marriage once someone violates trust both parties need to move on. Same here I think both parties need to move on. Hope I am wrong like Fulwiley people got in her ear and from talking with friends at LSU she is not happy. Fulwiley burnt a lot of bridges at USC. Whether or not they can be rebuilt is highly doubtful. Shame because Dawn Staley recruited her since she was in the 8th grade. Knowing Dawn if she wanted to return Dawn would let her come back. Just my humble opinion in both of these situations.
