It's almost counterproductive to the team to try and work him back into the rotation.
For UK to be it's best in March, guys like Garrison and Jelavic need more minutes not less.
Coming back for any particular game wouldn't mean JQ is back for the rest of the season.
Since you can't trust his availability, its probably best that he just stays on the bench.

He will have swelling after any physical activity for the rest of his life. My son had the same injury/surgery but you know what? He has kept right on playing through the pain and swelling. He just ices it and takes ibuprofen. And my son doesn’t get NIL either (except from me

I get that it's frustrating that he hasn't turned out to be what all Cats fans were hoping.
However, ignoring his freshman season with numerous highlights demonstrating his crazy strength/athleticism doesn't really help your argument...it just makes it look like someone venting irrationally.
He doesn’t want to get further embarrassed by their legit front line by coming back after a long layoff in that game. They will eat him up IMHO.
He is making the most NIL money per production than any other big in the nation.
He may not be that same player anymore. He can’t even stay in the floor. He may be worse shooting the ball now than he was a year ago.
Latest NBA draft projected 13th. If he isn’t close to 100% (and he certainly wasn’t the last we saw him play) — it’s in his best interest and Pope’s to shut it down.

Maybe his point was more like yours, but that isn't what he said, and from that particular poster, his view is so negatively skewed, I was just assuming he was intentionally leaving out the details of JQ's freshman season to try to make his point.
Again, if JQ has lost some explosiveness, it certainly didn't look like it against St. Johns. So again, I am surprised he doesn't want to PROVE that to NBA scouts by playing b/c he could be costing himself a TON of money.
