Once Kennedy retires and Trump gets a second pick for the SC their wont be any stopping him. Now if that old bat Ginsburg will just get out as well that would be great.
Lol, he isn't even in the ninth circuit court like Trump complained, the ninth circuit court will hear the appeal, which begs the question why you would poke that court ahead of time. His orders get flamed because of things he has already said. He is the consummate idiot defendant that won't keep his mouth shut.

No, but the appeal would be to the 9th Circuit. You are making a distinction with ZERO difference. And the law is not about what a President says. It is about the law. This judge is a far left guy that raised huge sums for Obama. He should have recused himself. This will get overturned in a New York second at SCOTUS.
Which is where these snowflake judicial appointments are failing. Statements don't matter. The actual text of the EO's does. The 9th's rulings will get flamed. I wonder if the legislative will take on impeachment of some of the 9th's idiocy?
I hope they begin to look at impeachment options. For a judge to blatantly ignore the Constitution and make up new law as he/she goes is judicial malpractice. I think if they made a few examples of some judges, it may begin to right the ship.
At some point does all of Obamas ties to these judges ruling against Trump in violation of the constitution come back to bite him in the *** legally. I mean the Hawaiian judge and now this guy, it getting friggin' ridiculous.
