Americans or not ms 13 is a terrorist gang , home grown terrorism is just as deadly as any other ... & as dave said ms 13 is not Americans or at least not most of them ...they are illegal immigrants...

I don’t think it (labeling) would matter make a bit of difference. And they wouldn’t qualify for the designation under any circumstance. They aren’t trying to achieve a political, religious, or social change. They’re for sure a criminal enterprise, though.

I was asking , thanks for the educated response.. just wish there was away to bring the full force of the law on these animals they are definitely bringing terror to the neighborhood..

Unfortunately it is much more difficult to eradicate them when they are disbursed across the country.

Just treating as a gang using organized crime laws we have a lot of options.
