A Biden-appointed judge, Ana Reyes , overseeing Washington D.C.’s lawsuit against the Trump administration has ordered the DOJ to change their order asserting leadership of the D.C. police department.

If they don’t comply, she’ll issue an injunction.

It’s in the constitution . Just another DEI appointment
