Just got a visit from a MAC rep on behalf of the golf team,

We spent lunch talking about WVU athletics and I gave the golf team a check. I told him I was probably going to come up for the TTech game and he wants to introduce me to the golf coach. WVU golf team took a commitment from Ty Olinger who is at North Cross. At least he was last year. I told him to tell the coach that Ty can't beat me but I've used up all my eligibility.

Good for you! I'm one of the founding members of The Gallery and have made a pledge to donate over a 5 year period. I worked on Ed Pastilong for years to bring back golf to no avail. Finally, thanks to Oliver Lick and our move the the Big 12, it is done. Btw, they are stinking it up in the final round of the Mountaineer Intercollegiate today but they are still beating Marshall.
