A couple Students that go to North where sent letters to go to Albemarle next year. They live in Albemarle city limits

I think it is BS if they have already started at North. No problem if they make them go starting 9th grade but they need to know that during the previous school year.
Did any students that attend West Stanly and live in Albemarle City Limits get transferred? If not, then that is a travesty as West is nearer max capacity than North.

I'd like the entire story along with the sources for which this info was obtained. There might be a logical explanation or there may be no explanation at all.
Need more info. No sense to make them go to Albemarle if they are letting students from AHS go to North on the open enrollment plan.
