The peaceful protest haven't been a thing since mid July. The only people still out there are either simpletons or troublemakers. They are stealing entire car dealership inventories now.... not just "a" car but 50 to 80 cars. Eventually they are going to move on to the burbs. Pretend all you want but Politicians can let mobs run amok without getting personally involved. See NY, Seattle, Portland, Atlanta, Austin, Minn, San Fran, Chicago, St Louis... There is a group of politicians in this country right now that will not stop the looting unless they show up in their neighborhood.

I don't have a whole lot. I only have a few boxes of 9mm (fmj and hollow point), box of .22 for a revolver my son likes to shoot, and 4 small boxes of 00 buckshot. I might try and go look for some more to add to it if I can find much out there.

Most people in the military are the same type of people like me and those who have weapons in their homes, if it ever did come to that (government trying to take over) a large portion of the military would be on our side.

Well it seems $24 is the "new normal" for a 50 round box of 9mm in stores that actually have it. 223/5.56 is almost laughable at 50 cents+ per round for steel case and 70 cents for brass. 7.62x39 is still reasonable-ish at around 30 cents per, assuming you're running something in the SKS/AK47 line as a freedom seed dispenser.
