Watch it Bones. Hinsdale South will go 7-2 next year and make another run in the state playoffs like they did this year. They were mostly juniors this year. King ain't movin' nowhere...nowhere. The WSG will have to deal with him for another year,Originally posted by Cross Bones:

Not as much as we do. Besides, the pipeline at the Brook is just fine.

King and Tuf... sounds like a security firm. They could anchor the rebuilt defense. We're going to need it with an almost all new offense. GBW is going to take us behind the woodshed, I fear. King can help that not to happen.

Anyways....I'm putting an end to this conversation. HornetNation, what do you think South will do next year? I'm thinking 7-2 again with losses to HC & GW. Not sure how AT & DGS will be this year. I believe AT lost a lot of seniors but I'm still thinking they are a 6-3 team, same with DGS. Here is my early prediction:
1. Hinsdale South - 7-2
2. Downers Grove South - 6-3
3. Addison Trail - 6-3
4. Proviso East - 3-6
5. Willowbrook - 3-6
6. Leyden - 2-7
7. Morton - 1-8
I'm telling you right now, Proviso East will no longer be the pushover they once were. in 3 years they will be winning games against solid teams in this conference. I went to the PE vs HS game this year and saw a lot of coaches on their sideline and PE actually looked like they knew what they were doing, there was actually a scheme/plan. Get your wins in now against them because they are slowly coming.
