Read an article where Carmelo Anthony said, “ I’ve seen no one that you can compare Zion too that’s played in the league.”

How can anyone hate on Zion? Just an all around humble kid..he’s going to be the face of the NBA very soon and that’s so refreshing
To second this, me and a friend were talking the other day as he watched Zion’s highlights I was telling him even if he didn’t come to Duke the kid is so humble there’s nothing about him you couldn’t like. Just all around a nice kid.

Just don't make any sense what he did to the Warriors tonight. 28 points on 13-20. He dished out some pretty assist. Look out, the Pelicans are 3.5 games out of 8th place in the West and coming.

If he could’ve made just half his free throws, he would’ve hit 30. Some of the stuff he does is still unfair.

He's going to have plenty of 30 point nights and yes when he starts focusing on those free throws, he will be better. He is at 63% over 11 games, so I'm good with it. That's the only thing that can stop him right now in a league of grown men at 19. He gets a pass from me for right now as a fan lol.

I was at the game tonight. To me, Zion looks a bit out of shape, which causes him not to have the relentless motor he seemed to have at Duke. Having said that, when he decides to "burst", he is nothing short of amazing. All the Warrior fans sitting around me were just dumfounded at his quickness, agility, grace and explosiveness. If he were to get in great shape and go at it hard for 38-42 minutes a game I think he could average close to 35 a game even at 63% free throw shooting.

Yeah part of me would like to see him drop 10-15 lbs, but it seems like that lower-body girth is a big part of why no one can move him when he sets up down low.

I absolutely cannot wait for a Lakers Pelicans 1st round matchup.

The NBA also cannot wait for this, those games will get a monster rating.

On the Bill Simmons Podcast, who is about as reliable for NBA info as anyone, said he has a source within the Pelicans organization that Zion is over 300 pounds. I'm not sure how to take it, I do believe it, I think NBA guys weight is always wayyyy off, however I'm not even sure it matters.

Zion is gonna do Zion things regardless how much he weighs. Does he need to shed pounds in the long run?? Yes, for sure. But it just absolutely blows my mind that someone over 300 pounds can do the things he does.

I don’t usually look at draft boards that much, and I know different sites show different expectations, but I looked at one today and it shows Carey going to the pelicans. Maybe this has already been discussed and I missed it? Anyway, it would be cool to add another Dukie to that team. They are pushing hard to make me trash my Hawks stuff and go full on N.O.!!!!!

RJ hasn't looked comfortable doing anything this season so far. Maybe it's the Knicks.

Yea I went to the Hornets-Knicks game last night, the knicks are a mess from top to bottom including ownership and coaching. I really thought Dennis Smith Jr would be a better player and hes coming off the bench.

What better way to forget about a lousy stretch for Duke than to watch a bunch of former Duke players take on the Lakers tonight at 8:00? I don't really care about the NBA or care much who wins the game, but I'm looking forward to seeing Zion and and the Duke Pelicans play some ball tonight.
