I'm about halfway through but this is a good interview. I like that you can feel the interviewer's fandom.
Greg Williams seems like a very reasonable guy and a good father and role model for Kam. Said something along the lines of, every fanbase has its extreme fringe, its reasonable base, etc., and as a parent you accept all those as reality and can't get mad about it. You want to play for a passionate fanbase and when things aren't going well the passion doesn't go away.
Also, that looks a lot like a classroom in the background of Mr. Williams' frame. As the son of two teachers, I'll immodestly say teachers raise the best kids!
He's so right!! I hope Kam get more chances and starts making shots. He seems so uncertain at times. He'll get it and we need him to play well!

Excellent interview and definitely the type of parent you want as a coach. I would like to see Kam get more minutes because he is athletic and can help us in addition to scoring.
Seems like the kid is just pressing and over thinking everything versus just reacting and going with the natural flow of things.
