I am getting more confident Jaxson Robinson will end up at Kentucky unless Pope runs out of scholarships first. That could happen if Lanier were to commit to Kentucky in the next week and Pope has another plan for ride 13. We could still use another interior scorer in case of injuries and foul trouble. Pope already has enough guards.
Can't see Pope not having a spot for Jaxson.

This.

The idea of "running out of a scholarship" for Robinson is absurd.

UK is holding onto the last two spots for Lanier and Robinson. They only go after a reclass if either of those guys turn Kentucky down.

Why would Pope run out of a scholarship first?

There's been an ordered process in everything Pope has done so far. He's not going to add a reclass kid this summer unless either Lanier or Robinson firmly tell him, "No thanks."

What I saw this morning he would be a second round pick and would fill an NBA need as a 3. Even at that, it said that he still needs work on his shooting from deep and one other thing can't remember. But the overall positives it sounds like he would be a really good player for us if he came here. Mentioned how hard he plays, how he can score all over and good height with the way he plays. Kinda intense situation with Lanier at UT now enjoying the rock they painted for him and the possibility of Robinson staying in the draft.

Because they're nervous about the Tennessee visit.

I'm not sure the order of visits matters. We landed Carr, and his last visit was to Villanova.

We landed Garrison, and he never visited campus. The same is true of Lamont Butler.

Tennessee is only an hour and a half to two hours from Lanier's family. I don't think they're going out of their way at all to visit UTK. It's right down the road.

If I was a UT coach or fan, I'd be terrified of Kentucky right now.
Nobody’s worried about UK because they don’t think mark’s capable of doing anything in the SEC.. He’ll prove them wrong though , we know that 👍

And the earlier post of a tweet where it stated that Pope is talking to Robinson and selling him on a return to college at UK on a daily basis.
