Are you joking? He’s the #1 pick and playing hurt
He’s not too hurt to play in a tight game. He laid down because he thought it was over.
That being said TCU with an all time choke job. Up 11 with 3 to go passed up a layup to run clock, did the same up 9 with 2 to go and up 9 with under 2. All three wide open looks and passed it out to run clock. Make any of those baskets and they win in regulation.

Peterson comes back in once he sees they can still win, that smells off to me. Very talented player but with the wrong mentality. Lot of people have come up like him, ultra talented and a head above everyone else but a weak mindset.

TCU took the air out of the ball too early and gave Kansas that win.

Kansas and Duke both with big comebacks from NBA level talent, that makes fans (and non fans) want to tune in every night.

This might be the lowest Kentucky basketball has been in quite some time. Not just because of this year, but what things look like on the horizon. Our rivals and even most P5 programs seem to be light years ahead of us in this NIL era.

Peterson drilled 3 fts to send the game to OT. If he misses 1 they lose. Dropped 30 points and played 32 minutes. That’s not a weak mindset.

You realize this is the first full game Peterson has played all year right? We will be just fine..
I was under the impression that he was still playing 20+ minutes a game when available.

Either way, very fortunate to come away with this win at home. Don't see this type of play working against more competent Big 12 teams who can close games.

We could talk about a lot of plays but how about that weak *** one-handed pass right to the Kansas player when TCU was taking it out of bounds in overtime?

If you saw the full game, one would almost wonder if a point shaving investigation should not be conducted.

This was only his 6th game played this season and he’s averaging 26 minutes per. Last night was the first game he has actually been able to play a full 2nd half which is promising. However, the team is still learning how to play with him and hopefully that gets figured out. But yeah, we’re gonna get our fair share of losses in Big12 trying to figure this out..
