They have size, they're athletic, and are playing good defense.

Also, all 5 guys on the floor can shoot the 3. And they're second in the nation in fewest turnovers per game, UVA is only ahead of them because they play at a slower pace... And let's not forget that they're on a 9-game winning streak that includes victories over Ohio State, Penn State, Nebraska, Michigan State, and Purdue. They look like a legit Final Four Team... UNC should be happy they got a win over them in November.
