Speaks volumes when then the kid is announced as the captain on D. And the first player mentioned on D that impresses.
I would say he is undervalued by the ranking services and those posters on here questioning his ability due to level of competition.
Our center is the captain on O and Young being mentioned as the most impressive player there. Gotta feel good about those guys bringing the noise to Commonwealth.

Doubt it. We burned redshirts for guys who weren't ready this year (Jones, Allen, Brown) plus we add Love and Laster, plus we have Firios, Walker, and interchangeable guys like Hatcher, Ware, and Bell . With all them returning, it would seem like redshirting would be a great option for Kash. By all means, if he kills it in practice and earns a starting spot, give it to him. Anything less, however, and I think we save him for the future.

Jmo. Also assuming Firios and Walker come back strong from injury.
Take it for what it's worth I was told by someone close to the family that he was told he would play as a freshman if he came to UK..things can change I guess

Really a great honor to even be considered, and he must have really impressed some people since he undoubtedly got downgraded because of the level of competition.
Jauk...ALL three of our recruits have received heavy praise from all the folks there...read something in one post that LY was the best lineman there on either side of the ball and that KD was the best defensive player there...PLUS TWO OF TWO OF OUR PLAYERS WERE SELECTED TEAM CAPTIANS OUT OF THE FOUR

I haven't watched Kash play at all but from what I've read I'm getting a good vibe about his ability . I hope so , we need for these guys to pan out .

Yeah. Saw that a week after I posted the comment. Kash will be solid. Expected to be in the 2-deep.

Thanks for sharing. If Wesley Woodyard could start as an undersized FR, there should be no doubt that Daniel could certainly play as FR too.
