well that's just great I was in a wreck tore all tendons but one in rotator cuff had 6 anchors put in 3 came loose now they send me to him
What do you call the guy who graduated in the bottom of the class in Medical school?

replaced my mom's shoulder a couple years ago. she really liked him.

Of the shoulder surgeons I work with, he's one of two that I'd allow to work on my shoulder.

As a Physical Therapist in the area, he has a good reputation for shoulders. His father was good, but seems to be slipping a skosh.
It also depends on what you are having done. Not all surgeons are the good at everything.
