Here's a question? Do you think that K would play a walk on scrap minutes, (meaning minutes during a game, not Blow Out minutes), if he was good enough/specialist at something? Like great free throw shooter, defensive rebounundimg for example. Do you think he would ever give them the nod over a scholarship player?

Supposedly this kid absolutely owned a high ranked Gonzaga recruit up at a tournament in New Jersey recently. Could see him his Jr year playing several backup minutes at the stretch 4 position. What’s a little unnerving is he’s a less athletic version of Matt Hurt. Just a weird walk-on to take 5 days before Hurt announces.

Nothing to worry about, this has nothing to do with Hurt. Just a great opportunity for the kid. Glad to have him on board. He takes Besser's walk on spot, now I wonder if K's grandson is still set to walk on? Or if that is still in the works.

They’ve been talking about K’s grandson joining the team for over a year. I’m sure he will be on the team one way or another. Mickie would have his balls if he gave away their grandsons spot to someone else.

Maybe if there was an opportunity for one of those “send a message to the starters moments.” That’s about it, I’d guess. If Robinson couldn’t see the floor this year (and he earned a scholly) I doubt any of the other walk-ons would.

Now I understand why Justin Bieber announced a hiatus from music!

But in all seriousness, congrats Keenan!

Saw on twitter the kid got 1450 on his SATs. At the very least, he can help tutor other players during road trips.

If the kid puts on some weight and expands his game...YES. I heard about this kid a year ago. Please redshirt him, and use him down the line. Duke needs a legit 4 year player aka Kenny Goins.
