This clown has taken over for the retired Tim Higgins as worst ref in the NCAA. And any time you tune in to a Big Ten game on TV, there he is. Reffing the Minnesota game tonight. I used to think he had it in for Rutgers but now I'm starting to see hes just totally incompetent. How does he get so many games? Who does he have photos on? Probably Kevin Warren
