Yep. They got to play UK’s lame *** defense to break their slump. UK has become the SEC slump buster.
Couple things:
1) This may be the worst defensive team I’ve ever seen at UK.
2) This team is simply less talented than almost anyone else in the SEC.

Reminder we were a 3 seed in the NCAA tournament last year. Obviously losing in the 1st round of both the SEC and NCAA tournament ruined our season but last year all that angst about how bad of a season we had we were a freaking 3 seed and had a legit shot to make final 4 with last years talent had we just not had that dude hit like 9 3s against us.

I knew this was going to be a tough game, but I never dreamed this. The lack of effort, especially on defense, is unbelievable.
He can never be your best player, pope royally f**ked up there. He had a chance to get Javon small or will Riley or anybody else and he passed on them.
The problem is we can sit here and say Ole Miss is hitting everything but outside of the UT game, every team is hitting everything on us.

I just, FOR ONCE, want to hear Pope say something to the media to the effect of "This is on me, I've been too nice to these kids, this is not what Kentucky basketball is about".
He was also surrounded by some of the toughest and talented dudes in college ball. He just had to be a decent big man and not suck.
I’d sit Robinson, Brea and Almonor for the rest of the game. We aren’t coming back anyway. Play the subs, they will at least make mistakes at full speed
