I’m telling you guys. This is who we are right now. We were a fun top 10 team when healthy, and now hapless team that might be outside the top 50. Tennessee was a miracle. You can’t count on a game like that happening often.

All of our good wins will mean jack **** if we miss the tourney. Miss the tourney and Pope's seat will get instantly warm.

The type of D Ole Miss plays is such ********, they are literally in the player cylinder the entire play. Haven't gotten one call, but they give two on Carr which were barely anything. Just a can't call em all approach that officials don't have the balls to call 50 fouls on a team to make em stop.
I thought the guys "felt bad" after losing to Arkansas. Sure doesn't look like it so far.
Yeah, as small as he is Perry plays better defense than Robinson and Bres combined.

You don't have to be athletic to work your *** off in trying to get open. Brea just doesn't want to do that. I keep thinking Pope promised him something along the lines of "we run a complex offense that generates a lot of looks, you'll be open all over the court".

Pope does not have a team that is fundamentally sound. There are things they just don’t do and it has nothing to do with athleticism. The team doesn’t know how to defend from a positioning standpoint. That is 100% on Pope and he better look inward and at staff changes for next year.
It's not like other options are any better. Chandler is in the game purely because he's more athletic than almost anyone else on the team and is better on defense. Either roll the dice with him or have other guys get beat every time down the court. There's no good option right now without a PG, just like there were no good options Saturday.
We will make the tourney.
