A very old house. You keep throwing money at it hoping to fix the problems, but something else always seems to go wrong. Then you can't find anyone that actually wants it when your done with it but some deadbeat renters who will make it worse before getting kicked out. You might be lucky and get a good tenant, but they find a house they like better and move on.
