Here's another cool thing about Buc-ee's. During my stop at the Royse City, TX location last month, I noticed disposable face masks for sale: $4.79 for 50/pack. While I'm more of a cloth mask user, I'm sure pricing works well for some folks. Unsure about quality.

Yeah I stopped at one outside Atlanta twice. On the way there and on the way back. Gotta say I've never spent $50 at a gas station without buying gas, but damn I got a lot of jerky :)

Buc-ee’s is overrated.

When I’m on the road I prefer to stop at a place with a much more tranquil environment. A place where one can purchase weed & meth to compliment their gasoline & beef jerky selections...all whilst receiving unsolicited, nonsensical philosophical advice at no extra cost...

Saw earlier today. Buc-ee's also coming to Crossville, TN on I-40. They really are expanding and rather quickly.

I live 10 minutes away from the one in Royse City on the Rockwall and Hunt County border. I frequent there whenever I work for lunch and gas whenever I'm working in the field. Glad Kentucky is finally getting one... You guys are in for something incredible!
I'm about 15 minutes from the one by Texas Motor Speedway, and it's kind of in my restaurant rotation. I go there when I'm not really sure what I want. Usually get a turkey BBQ and an assortment of snacks. I don't think I've ever even bought gas there.

I wonder what he thinks about the Publix they’re trying to build in Louisville but it’s being held up by 1 or 2 HOA’s.
We last spoke a couple weeks ago. He mentioned expansion into TN and KY, but would not further elaborate. He added Publix is building more warehouses up that way. From what he's said in the past, if corporate meets too much resistance regarding certain new stores then they'll go somewhere else. Alternate plans and locations are in place.

Yeah...I’m going to need an answer on Texas locations and when they are coming.

With the lack of a Rest Area on I-75 from the Tenn. border to Georgetown the Buc-ee's location at that Richmond/Old Rest Area Exit is a piece of Marketing genius.
There a rest area right between Richmond and Lexington isn't there? Near Clays Ferry?

We use the I-75 corridor between Atlanta and Lexington frequently. Have stopped at the Buc-ees in Calhoun, GA probably a half dozen times. I’m 50/50 about the place. I can see why some people find it fascinating, and I also understand why it’s a one and done experience for some. It’s definitely not for everybody.
