Don’t get me wrong Chandler is alright but is he really better than Lowe? I mean I don’t know but our last few coaches seem to fall in love with players and have tunnel vision . You put your best 5 on the court and go to battle and if those other players deserve to see the court maybe they do.

How are you complaining about CC when Oweh has been horrid as well? And it’s not like Lowe is lighting it up either. Our entire team sucks tonight.

My thing on Pope is.. if he doesn't work, and Cal didnt work? Whats next? We got told "No" by some coaches i didnt even want to begin with. Were not drawing the attention of top coaches, and if Pope wasnt UK alumni, I shudder to think who we would have landed.

I think if Pope gets run out, we are in trouble.. and IMO would need to really think about how we are going to build a basketball powerhouse in this era. Legacy means nothing, we have to spend to win a title. That includes coaching, facilties, recruiting, everything.

Calm down.

Pope will learn from his mistakes. He is a smart man. The question is, will our knee jerk fans give him the time to do so?

The Georgetown game may have been an exhibition game but it’s starting to look like that game was a good indicator that we are overrated at this point. We’re not good enough to be in the top ten right now. We have potential but have a lot to work on to get to where we need to be.

Louisville's offense is a thing of beauty. A couple mediocre goon bigs that can pass, surrounded by shooters and a versatile PG who can score in bunches.

We're trying to turn Garrison and Moreno into Nikola Jokic and run the offense through our centers. Meanwhile, we're lucky to have 2 shooters on the floor at the same time.

This team has a SEVERE lack of shooters. That’s for sure.

Depth is almost always overrated until it's not.

Elite players are in short supply. Having a roster with fungible pieces is not usually indicative of a roster with elite players. Lesser players are far more common. Elite players are rare by definition. Even if a team has elite players and 5-6 other good ones, taking time away from the elite player to play the merely "good" player will make the team worse. Situations like in 96 and 15 are far from the norm.
