I'm really impressed by Louisville's defense. I knew they had shooters, but their defense is really good.

Oweh should not have been paid to be “the man” on this team because, well, he just isn’t. He’s a solid role player. Garrison should have been let go. It sucks but he just isn’t ready to be anything but the 12th man.
He hasn’t earned being called great in anything.
I think thats gonna be a take away for me this game: we need elite talent. At least one or two. Moreno looks the part and sure enough, hes an elite recruit (or close to one).
You have to have guys who can do all three things, shoot, create space off the dribble and finish. This is one of the things that used to annoy me about Cal, and this looks a lot like a Cal team. And the defense isn't making up for any of the deficiencies.
Just stop with the travel thing. They all walk non stop in every game now and it’s ignored.
Someone needs to foul Brown hard one time, he’s making our seniors look like pussies. Oweh and Aberdeen getting punked by a freshman.

This team would be better without Garrison on it. Period. Been saying that all off-season. He absolutely has peaked as a player. He's worse this year.
Oweh‘s broke jumper is a death sentence in a game like this, they’re playing off of him, daring him to shoot.
Right now it’s not just a road loss. It’s a road spankin. But I do think they cool off. But then again their energy is several notches above ours either way. Better get some dudes with Attitude on the roster next year.
Hope Pope pulls a second half miracle like a couple games last year.
