I know it’s early in the season, but I’d trade teams in a heartbeat lol. This UL team is final four good. We’re fourth in the SEC good.
Why is it so difficult to stop the three for us. Hell we need to start pressing or playing zone or anyrhing

Look, this game sucks, but if you think this means Pope is/will be a failure, you’re a clown. And that’s the nicest thing I can say.
I’m gonna take a guess and say none of our 8 title teams got blown out by Louisville. Pope better make damn sure his third UK team is a LEGIT title contender or he’s going to feel heat. If he doesn’t already before then.

I knew he wouldn’t be a factor tonight, he’s to hyped up, three shots none were close and one was an air ball.
Last year’s team would be this year’s UK team by 15. We’re going backwards not forward.

No matter how these last 9 minutes go both these teams are top 10 teams. Louisville has executed much better better than we have. It’s a home game for them and 3rd game of the year. No need to panic but definitely things we must improve on to be a legit contender. Let’s see how much fight we have these last 9!

Man we gotta have an answer for Garrison. He does little to nothing. Play Jelavic. Hell, play Potter.

If we were rotating properly. Not giving up the lane, stepping into passing lanes, etc then I might agree with you. We are making a ton of mistakes on defense. I think we are not playing our best defense. Until we do that, not sure I can say we don’t have the athletes.
The 3 points shooting stands out, but the biggest key is the possession game. UL is +9 in turnovers and about even with us in offensive rebound rate. They've had about 9 more chances at the rim than we do.
Brandon Garrison has the uncanny ability to never be in the right place on offense or defense. It's pretty remarkable.
I agree I kind of thought we would be better defensively but we look awful defensively and for that matter offensively
