So, just a bit over 11,000 confirmed cases.

State has 4.6 million people.

Quick, do the math........what does that calculate to? ANSWER: FEAR

Don't overlook the fact that Governor Andy Beshear is a snowflake libtard. He wants to give totally free medical insurance coverage to all black Kentuckians. He woke!

Explain Governor Justice then? Implemented the same policies as Beshear. I don't think that this is a Democrat/Republican debate. This is a POWER play by governors who are being influenced by people who don't understand statistics.

I dont know what Beshear has done but while Justice has ordered masks, there is no teeth to the order and while some businesses are requiring them, not all are doing so.

You do know that Justice was elected as a DEMOCRAT, right? There are Democrat and Republican Governors who are requiring masks, but many more Republicans than Democrats have been willing to reopen their states' economies. Sorry, not sorry.

Beshear has had his people tell businesses that if they do not comply, that they could lose their license from the public health department.

That is a little different than here. I know Morgantown city council us looking into fines for enforcing it but the state is not doing that. I have not heard of anyones business license been threatened either. I know ours has not been threatened in Kanawha Cty.

So? As a West Virginia resident, I'm glad that he does, but it doesn't change the fact that Justice was elected as a DEMOCRAT, now does it?
Well, it is true but he was just nominated as a republican in june. So we own him now.

I wish someone other than Woody Thrasher or Michael Folk had opposed him. Talk about a circus.

So? Is he old and fat? Guess who is the most vulnerable to the virus. He's scared because he knows that West Virginia has the most elderly and unhealthy people per capita in the country. It has caused him to be overly cautious, IMO.

Restaurant in Hurricane was threatened by county health department, though I'm guessing that is a bit different from what you are talking about.

That is what I was discussing sort of but that is local level and not state level.

Agreed, tho I believe their enforcement was of a state mandate for restaurants. TBH, not 100% sure.
I dont have as much of an issue if the threaten to suspend their license vs threatening to cancel it. I mean this order is temporary or it should be. If someone wont follow it I would suspend the license for the length of the order.

Tell us how your DEMOCRATS in New York, New Jersey, and Michigan have done, lefty.

Why are you bitching at me about this? You are the one making it a Democrat thing. I hate this shutdown/spike debate. It's stupid. Open up. You are politicizing COVID response just as much as the pro-mask people are with that.

EDIT: And "my" Democrats aren't the radicals that are leading it right now. They aren't Democrats, just like you said Justice isn't a Republican or that Strom Thurmond wasn't either (Ex. RINO).

Because you're a dip ****, that's why. COVID-19 is EXTREMELY POLITICAL, and you seem to be the only fool who doesn't realize this. For every "Republican" you blame, there are more than five Democrats who have placed greater virus-related restrictions on the public. Consider the current return to school debate. Your Democrats, beholden to the teachers' union, are against kids returning to school. Keep the kiddies at home, and you keep some parents at home, which is what leftists want...until 11/3/20, anyway. In contrast, Republicans, by and large, want kids back in school.

The order was a state order. The county health department inspected and threatened to suspend their license since none/very few of their employees were wearing masks. The owner promised to comply with county health department requirements - all employees wearing masks - they were allowed to continue operating.

One of the World's great mysteries: The bald imbecile, who had to go to school for 15 years to make it through Marshall and WVU Law School, calls anybody else a moron.
