I hope Kiffin goes into his usual rut and calls too many pass plays this game. By the looks of things that may keep us in it.

Defense isn't giving up the big play, but we keep putting ourselves in third and short.

Gotta 3 and out them we can't keep giving up those short yardage third downs.

Can't ask for much more than what we got out of that first quarter. At least the offense is finding a way to move the ball somewhat. Didn't like the last couple of plays from Johnson obviously but until then he was solid. Defense doing about as well as can be expected. Still giving too many yards after contact but making plays when they have to.

Hard to understand Bama passing so much. Secondary playing great and getting pressure. We allow no TD for 1st Qtr. How long can we keep it up? Go cats.

To be fair, the Alabama offense is doing its best impersonation of Stoops's first year. Just replace their QB with Whitlow.

Johnsons passing is a little off , he missed Conrad poorly for a potential score and didn't lead Juice on what could have been a big screen . At this point it's probably not nerves , unfortunately he needs to be on to make it a respectable game .
