Zach Lee seems to be hitting his stride in these OOC games. He seems confident.
Hope we aren't at the point where we strike out a lot for a while. Been a bad trend in recent games.
Guilliams. Been the hitting coach since Ming got here. He came from a small school, which was always concerning to me. However, he's a volunteer assistant, so that's at least nice.
That's nice of him but we're getting what we paid for. Which is nothing if he's a volunteer.
He's paid, just not directly. He's paid through camps and such. He was good year 1, but since then we've had a strikeout problem.
Talk about high and tight.
Lee probably needs to come out now. He's done his job and gotten us 5 and a third.
Letting another game slip away. Don’t trust this offense to string together some runs.
Lee coming out and Daniels coming in. Bases loaded 1 out. Lee probably stayed in 2 hitters too late.
Maybe this offense is having a bad weekend, but it makes you wonder how they'll hit SEC pitching if they can't hit Ball State.
Daniels fails to do his job and gives up a walk. 2-1 Ball State.
This won't be a stat we see on the books, but it's a big black mark to me.

Btw... Ball State still has their Friday starter that they can pitch. I fully expect to see him soon.
What exactly has Ramsey EVER done to deserve this role of coming on in huge situations and tight games?

So, again... UK bullpen fails. Both relief guys give up runs rather than shutting the door. That will go on Lee's stats, but it is just as much on them.

Never been a fan of him personally. His problem has been that he really hasn't ever improved.
