We are, the problem is the refs are allowing Duke to play football with no calls. That ruins momentum and flow. It changes your mental. It can be challenging to over come.

This is why you still need guys in the top50, and even a few in the top25 if you can do it.

Even if we say that Duke is looking like the best team in the nation (I'd say that could be true), this UK team, as built, will have trouble to break through against similarly talented teams.

Said it earlier, we look like some of the mid majors/low P5 teams that UK would just dominate in the mid 2010s.

sorry, it’s just looking like athleticism is not equal right now. And we aren’t getting the shots we thought we’d get considering Duke guys can close out much quicker than we have seen so far.

And the defense we thought we’d see - not there. Forced zero turnovers and fouling to try to keep up.

It appears we have a team full of shooters but not very good drivers to the rim. Duke is all over us and in our faces outside, and we have no one who can get past them. On D, it may be time for a zone.

There are a lot of opportunities for the refs to make calls against Duke and they are not doing it.

The main problem I see with this team right now is that they are undisciplined. They are rattled and falling back on bad habits that they could get away with in podukia conference or whatever.

Our bigs (Williams and Garrison) are awful on offense…,besides Williams ability to pass the ball.
