Yeah but this will be used to recruit against us even after Pope. This is not a good look. We always miss the big picture on these things. Fans are already a tool used against us in recruiting.

I read some lips as Pope was going to the locker room. Not good, but probably warranted.
Mitch just flat out has been horrible. BCG, Elzy, Joker forced to hire Cal and now unfortunately Pope. You don’t get to bat around .500 or worse on major hires.

This may be true -- program's in decline, and it needs real change to get the momentum back in the other direction. These blind homers acting like everything's fine is helping drag the program down.
Then Pope is done. This is an NIT team if we are lucky.
This non conference has done it, no top high school players will sign. Zero chance.
I really don't think it's even mostly him- BUT it is his job to fix it.
