Fantastic defense by both teams. Jelavic's shot from deep was like when you completely miss the sweet spot in meter shooting on NBA 2K.

I'm not going to lie, we can win this game for sure. We match up well. The reason they are not shooting well is because our defense is actually getting out on them. I've only seen maybe 3 open shots from Iowa State. Our rebounding is way better. Our centers are shutting them down. The only time they went on a huge run was us getting called foul every single drive. Looks like we have figured out their defense too. We look pretty good. As long as we only subs Moreno and Chandler for rest. No more Jasper, no more Jelly
If the refs are going to call things this way, the ONLY option they leave is for us to play even rougher. You keep going until you force the refs to start calling fouls for fear of losing control of the game and a fight breaking out.
Was ISU better than this this season? Are they off? Is that their best player out? I never payed a lick of attention to them.
If we could limit our subs to BG (begrudgingly) for the bigs and Kam for the guards, that would help a lot.
