Tired of seeing our offense start with our bigs picking up their dribble and hoping someone will come to give them a pass.

We are going to have to spread out, iso and attack off the bounce with Oweh and Aberdeen the entire second half. Their blitzes are too effective for us to run anything in the screen game due to slow reads. If we don’t make the adjustment, could get beat by 10+. Also, Pope needs to work the officials. If Iowa State is allowed to get away with so much physicality on the defensive end, it’s gonna be almost impossible.
Correct. For everyone complaining "why don't we push the ball inside" it's because they will hack the ball away from us and NEVER be called for it. Never. It's disgusting.

I'm alarmed at how often we're focused on being at a certain spot on the floor when running plays, but no sense of where the ball is. Play for one another!
Best defense I’ve seen this season! Pope probably thinks TJ O is abusing his players by having them play so hard!
Referees are letting them mug us on these double teams on the perimeter. We blow on them they call a foul. We sucked at the end but the refs sucked equally as bad. And how is that basketball being kicked into the stands not a technical. Please explain that to me.
Mo forced a TO on an ISU player and then ISU player KICKED THE BALL out of frustration and refs did NOTHING
15 to 3 on FTs. The team slapping and hacking gets the 15. Smh
We’ve played poorly but what scares me is that Iowa State has hit 29% and still winning. If The Cats can’t figure out a way to protect the ball this one’s over.
Iowa St couldnt have played a worse first half. They BEGGED us to take a 15 point lead and we just refused.

Blew a motherflipping 12-point lead. We had our chance to step on their throats but we are so poorly coached and so dumb.
They couldn’t throw it in the ocean, are without their best player and we did nothing about it. Mark Pope - just an awful job in the first half. Sub patterns sabotaged us.

We really needed Lowe in this game. You can't pressure Lowe and get away with it. Aberdeen picks up his dribble and allows himself to get trapped, that's a problem

Need to drive to the basket in the 2nd half and have the ref’s whistle balance things out a bit. Maybe the guys will take it over, despite Pope.

Yep, and we had 12 TOs and they are only up 1. It works both ways, both teams playing overall bad and we are still right in it and lead 90% of that half. Frustrating sure but I’ll take it. We clean up the TOs and we can win.
He's getting out coached. If Iowa State makes a few more threes, we're down 7 instead of 1.

I'm at the point where every one of these guys can walk after the season. I see no potential in any of them outside of being 6th or 7th men in the rotation. That goes for Mo, Chandler, Moreno - all of them.
We shot 40% from 3 they shot 19% and we are down 1 if you can't win the 1st half with that you know your screwed in the 2nd half
I would pay good money to see someone slug Kenny Smith. Kentucky hating *******.

ISU early on looked like a jv squad to start then Pope and his brilliant coaching stopped it with subs.

Since the 18-6 start, we've been outscored 25-12. What's really disappointing is we have way more experience than they do. Aberdeen is a National Title winner, Oweh/Chandler/Garrison were all in the Sweet 16 last year. MoD was in the Elite 8 last year. Just a complete disappointment from this team this year.

This is my 56th UK season. This is my least favorite team. SO soft and SO dumb and SO poorly coached.
