More pitches this inning than the first three combined. His arm is shot
Great job by the home plate umpire to get OSU in to the game.
Weirdest thing I've ever seen. 42 pitches in one inning, 0 hits, 3 walks, and error. He goes 3 and 1/3 innings but no hits given.
Well..it should've been centerfields. Mind blown he didn't call him off
I know we don't have a straight on view of the plate but seems a lot of called balls were strikes.
Should’ve gotten him out after he walked the first two hitters. It’s been obvious all night that Moore was having control issues. I often wonder about Mingione’s feel for the game & decision making. Kinda downright stupid sometimes.
Got out of it with just 2 runs. We need to nail this down this game. I'm afraid their bats would wake up in a 3rd game.
Talent has kept his head above water this year on a lot of that
If you said we'd have a no hitter going into the 5th, I'd never imagine being tied up 2-2. That was a wild inning.
Two runs for nothing. After that second walk he was done. The dropped fly ball just out the pin in him. Coulda kept the lead there but glad we only gave up two
I mean I get this guys strike zone is a pin needle but that OSU guy can't take a pitch like that. Glad he did tho.
He had def rode the starter too long multiple times this year. Idk if it’s a lack of trust in the bullpen or what; but it’s been an issue
ONE hit thru 15 innings. Against this offense, that's crazy.
O'Brien and Nove have been pitching extremely well.
Big part of that is bc umps SZ is so tight he’s forcing you to put it over the plate to get a called third strike…makes for a lot of contact on swings
