The stars of the game right now are the refs. They managed to get Tennessee back in it. They seem to have a solid game plan tonight.

Shitfire, y'all. I haven't been able to watch the game but expected us to be down 20 from the way you all are talking. Down three at the half while being down our point guards and starting PF? Not terrible.
We were humming when we had the right guys hitting threes, then we had players taking 3's that are shooting airballs and players shooting long 2's that just lead to pounts for Tennessee.

Yeagm the turnovers and fouls are the difference. I don't think UK actually committed more fouls.
We are awful in rebounding because we are slow and non athletic. TN and every good team we have played makes this so obvious. We may win because TN can.t throw it the ocean tonight, but the difference is their speed vs our kids. We seem like we are playing in sand.
If we could rebound half the boards we should got that we lost and not turned it over twice as much as normal would be up 8 pts since we shot the 3 decent and they sucked at it but when they get 3 shots every possession hard to win.

Those subs didn’t go the last few minutes looking completely useless. Chandler and Noah aren’t perfect, but they haven’t killed us tonight in a game where those dudes have to play some mins due to our lack of bodies.

Refs have kept the game from getting away from the Vols. It was like 9-2 with about a couple of minutes to go or something g like that. With Tennessee’s karate defense they sure don’t get any fouls called

Almonor and Garrison are both really coming along. We get everyone back and healthy and we’re an extremely hard team to beat.

Yeah, but 10 or 12 of their total must be offensive rebounds. Last 6 minutes of 1st half was brutal. At least we’re only down 3 at half.

Oscar would have 50 rebounds against this UK team. Pope has to start getting on these guys about it. Tennessee will probably shoot out of its *** in the second half, but it's still goooo Cats.
They’re smothering and checking us as expected…but it’s a repeat of the Vanderbilt game. Just very robotic decision making. I get they’re trained to play a certain way but it’s panic mode once the shot clock starts winding down. This is what happens when you really don’t have a playmaker on offense. Forced passes and bad shot selection…more frustrated at halftime then I have been in any game this season. Game is there for the taking!

Turnover ratio (7 to 1) hurt, but I could have imaged it being even worse before the game. Still, so much has to go right in the 2nd half for UK to win this game. The defense has had lapses, but is ok I think. Keeping TN off the offensive boards would be nice. But physicality is just not how this team is built. I don't care, just find a way to win guys!
At one point he was hiding behind his own teammate heading back the other way, and when I saw that crap? Get him out. You're not in there to log minutes, Colin, we need you contributing.
