Looks like they will pick up, where Lake Taylor left off in 4A. Won’t be surprised to see them playing the 4B champion in December. Anyone have any inside insight?

It will be a battle in the playoffs between the above highlighted teams but I am not sure if any of them stand out above the other at this point. Beating Varina or Dinwiddie may be a stretch IMHO. The team that finishes #2 in the SouthEastern District should have the edge in 4A. IF they can beat Nansemond River or Indian River to take that spot, then they could have a chance. Churchland is closing the gap vs Lake Taylor & Maury. Same for them in that IF they finish #2 in the Eastern District, they will at the top of this group. For Hampton & Warwick, their measuring stick is always Phoebus. IF either beats the Phantoms, then a Peninsula District team could come out of 4A.
