After watching Pompey strikeout AGAIN, I thought, he must be the king of strikeouts for UK. No. Dawson is, Pompey in second place. I took data from UKAthletics.com and did a quick spreadsheet.

I am sure you are right and that Tristan is nice young man too. When I was at a game last year, I noticed a small Canadian flag sticker on the back of his batting helmet. I thought that was cool and something you wouldn't see on TV. I have confidence that the coaches know what they are doing with him and with the other guys too. I wouldn't second guess our coaching staff as much as some on this board do, even though I get frustrated sometimes.

Got a great glove but he does seem to SO a lot. In his defense seems like a lot of shortstops do that.

This is not a fun topic, but this might be the perfect example of why we shouldn't have Dawson and Pompey hitting back to back. Luckily, Pompey gets an RBI bases loaded walk rather than anything bad.

No, it's not a fun topic. We can sit here being armchair coaches and talk about batting order, strategy, etc, but fortunately, we have coaches that have coached more games than I have seen (I can't speak for anyone else).
