Without question, Special Teams play is one of the most, important aspects of the game..... and strangely, oftentimes the most overlooked by the 'casual' fan. [smoke]

Good job KJ. [thumb2]

That's good to see... hoping we see someone returning punts where I actually expect something good to happen as opposed to just being happy when they don't turn it over... even if it means letting the ball bounce an extra 20 yards and staying away from it.

Am I the only one that thinks he may have a bigger season than Karl Joseph?
Actually a lot of people having been saying the same. Both have a chance to have an excellent season and improve their draft status. Dillon is right about making himself more valuable by getting involved with special teams even more.

As a return man, would be a feather in his hat. But seemed he just learned/accepted his position as a DB at this level in the second half of last year. He was our best at the close of the year. I see no reason for him to take a step back this coming season. He will be the leading candidate at one of/ if not the best DB combines in the nation.

I like our unit against the run but it's hard to view them as a top group against the pass. With that said though the Big 12 offenses can you make anyone look bad.

Have to agree with you. We bring the wood but our safeties are not at their best in coverage. You have to like the depth and the young talent.
