A strong performance by this years team in the running game could help keep a recruit like this in the fold. With our backs and O line I'm expecting just that.

He did very very good last night.. was i suppose to say he sucked because you think i have some agenda.. I love the family and was just worried some of you were putting him on to high of a pedestal obviously I was wrong.. Now can we please get back to the topic!!!

I didn't know August 3rd was last year

Does the family know that you've said these things about him?

And I know you're not saying, he sucked last year because 2015 yards, with 31 TD's with 194 rushing attempts isn't bad.

Sheesh why dont you drop it. Not everybody is going to like every recruit 100% all the time. Hes in his corner now and willingly to shoot some film of him for us to see. Let him redeem himself to the kid. :fistbump:

Wow - I can't even walk 287 yards on flat ground. Great job young man!

Koback has size and very rare speed for his size.
Hes listed at 5'11" which probably puts him at 5'9" and 191 which probably puts him 180's as is listed with a 4.44 40
Hopefully he ends up being a good get for UK but to say he has size and rare speed for that size is a stretch IMO.
He kind of reminds me of a Derrick Locke build maybe not quite as fast.

Sorry but Derrick Locke was never built like this even after 4 years of college.

UK had him on campus and measured and timed him. He was measured at several camps. I think he is probably that size and that fast. UK went all in for him. I hope he returns the favor.

Glad the OP was willing to admit he was wrong. JRow says the staff feels like Koback is their best commit.

Not so sure about that, Locke was pretty solid and remember Locke came here as a track star who played football. One thing Locke had was 4.3 - 40 / 10 - 100 meter speed. Not many besides maybe Alphonso Smith in the last several years had the that kind of jets. I was not bashing the kid, just saying, go back to your photoshop.

Boom will be going this year or next. Kemp gone this year. We have talent returning, but there will be immediate space.

Love me some Boom but he is going to have to step way up to leave this year. I have noticed since his little pitty party last year he has really matured. Boom goes the dynamite Boom goes the dynamite

Every analyst thats seen him has talked about his size being impressive. Usually these heights are pretty accurate if the kid has attented cmps which koback has.

The point is this kid is a 200 plus pound senior in highschool that got timed sub 4 4 at the army combine. Going back to my point he has rare size and speed for that size

David Jones told me he consistently beat them both in the 40 at practice

Watched highlights of his season from last year and the kid looks pretty dang good sized to me too and is really cut. I can' only imagine he is even bigger and stronger this season. Looked like he had very good speed, great hands catching the ball out of the backfield, explosive, elusive and and gained further yardage even as he was being gang tackled. I know they don't have terrific defensive people in high school like in the SEC but, still, this kid looks very legit and I go along with 3kidsandme 100% on Koback. Just sure hope we don't lose him to one of the big boys as they notice him more.

Well. Don't say something negative about the kid then come on here and praise him when he does good.
Lighten up. Everyone has different opinions on players. Thats what forums are for, different opinions.
