Most of the teams in the B12 would stomp WVU...and have been.

DH is winning the games on this schedule. Thats his job.
The only 2 teams that have stomped wvu were Baylor and Okie state and both would stomp Houston. If Holgorsen was winning at wvu he would still be here but he wasn't

Those "fans" that don't realize ....... or just refuse to see how bad Dana left the program and compare him favorably to Brown need to take a deep breath. I was a huge Dana fan until the last couple years when the numbers and overall talent went down hill fast.

There is a reason that it's taking 3+ years to turn this around.

That being said, I'm wary about Brown not being able to find a quality QB either in the Portal or from JC.

Brown was left a program averaging 8 wins per year five years running. A team FOUR pts away from playing for a BIG 12 CCG.

Brown wasnt left with a bare cupboard, he chased off 20 plus players from that team and has continued to bleed players since— many top notch starters.

its a sad excuse— Brown has been recruiting three years now. Brought in his own QBs and others yet Holgorsens players remain as the best oroducers in various areas on offense and defense to this day. And Holgorsen left in 2018. Its 2021!

Time for the excuse to stop.

Simply untrue. Made more so by the fact Browns best players are STILL from the Holgorsen era.

Besides, WVU is 3 plus years removed from that time. Brown has had three years running of recruiting and getting portal players and has produced very little from any of that.

It'll be 10 years out and 10 straight .500 or less seasons and you Brown clowns will still be trying to blame it on a coach that had WVU winning at an 8 game per year average for five seasons leading into the Brown debacle.

Dana left him without the most important piece of the team. A QB. Dana had something like 12 NFL guys on his last team and all but a few graduated when Dana left. Facts kinda hurt

Brown's had 3 years to bring in a QB. He's had 3 years to develop a QB.

He pushed out QBs that DH left him in favor of Doege who tries hard but has been very inconsistent and makes lots of mistakes still under Brown's tutelage.

Brown pushed out over 20 players from that final DH team and some of them were starters, and has continued to bleed players since. Facts kinda matter.

Holgs would have been 4-8 or worse in 2019 and you know it.

How do you figure that since he had exactly ONE season of less than 7 wins in his entire stint at WVU? In fact he was winning at a clip of 8 games per year avg going on five straight seasons when he departed.

No reason to believe WVU wouldn't be winning 10 games if Holgorsen were here (just won 11 at Houston and has them in another conference CCG in year 3 there--noticed you've stopped your asinine commentary on his record there since he's turned what he was left there around )--especially in the Covid year when the BIG 12 was so down. Even OU isn't as good this year. Holgorsen's offenses were never this poor and you know it.

Only tears I see are the whiners pretending DH is responsible for Neal Brown to be a good coach for WVU or not. Its Neal Brown's responsibility. Holgorsen has been gone for years. DH didn't get any help from anyone and became the second winningest coach ever at WVU even though he played the toughest schedules and had a major conference switch.

Says the moron still bashing DH because of 4 wins in year three for him, despite winning the BE, 10 games and a historical crushing of Clemson year 1, and a 7 win campaign in the BIG 12 with a team built for a watered down BE year 2. Pitiful.

Brown hasn't had WVU over .500 or 5 wins (with multiple cancelled games against teams that would likely have beaten Brown like FSU, OU) in a regular season 3 years in. Surely you aren't so stupid as to not realize this.

Yes that does appear to be what you are doing--crying because someone states facts instead of buying into your total delusion of falsehoods.

How bout instead if whining you look it up yourself. Better yet list all the players Brown inherited and explain how they are crap since that is your opinion.

If Brown didnt like the players he inherited ( guess not since he ran off over 20) - he has had three years to get players he does like that can do the job he was hired to accomplish. WVu fans have yet to see any such results. Brown has to stand on his own, you cant use a previous staff that did very well for WVU as an excuse for Browns failings.
