Well, at least he's seen him.

Soooooooo we have that going for us, which is nice.

Pope said they had Kerr's injury sequence on loop during the team's film review. The atmosphere in the room must have been electric watching the gutsy attempt to stop the fast break on his broken foot on repeat. Can't wait for him to get back.
Ain't no fear in Kerr. I thought that game was his best game individually. Sure need him back

How in the world did he break his foot on that play? Didn't look like contact with anything. Foot probably protecting its draft status :/

That’s not a fair statement about a team player who got back up and tried to stop a basket after cmon. Kerr proved who he is in a very impressive way
You really think I'm attacking Kerr? Drink a few....

No disrespect intended but IMHO he is at least 4th in our guard pecking order;
Butler
Robinson
Oweh
And quite frankly Brea is neck and neck with Krissa in regards to influencing a game.
Im not one bit worried.
This team is deep.

I’m sorry, still not sure I understood the joke truthfully. I’m the Kerr defender, love the kid. My bad :)
It was intended as an ode to crap days of old under Cal where kids were clearly holding out from injuries to protect their stock. All good :)

Is this allowed? A coach who actually gives info on injured players instead of saying he hasn't seen them?
Over half of the injuries in the Cal ERA were not injuries. The players were suspended and Cal would protect their draft status with he hasn't seen them BS

An ode or an homage? Or possibly a tribute?
How about just poking fun at Cal and upsetting his minions that are still hanging around here with new or throwaway accounts?

For the easily confused, Kerr is one of my favorite players and a key to how we finish down the stretch.

I had hoped that was how you meant it and figured it was... there should be a universal sarcasm font 😉

Kerr is such a lovable character. Having said crazy stuff when coming out of anesthesia I just have to chuckle imagining that Facetime call.

Perry’s gonna have to grow up quick for us to make a run in the big dance. I know there’s only so much his defense can improve, but he can be a playmaker, shot maker, and pace pusher. Maybe we go zone while he’s in the game? Idk

Yep and might have to get creative switching the matchups up. Perry can’t be asked to guard a slasher of any kind. I’d rather him guard a shooter, even if he gives up several inches. He’s done much better lately getting out on shooters.
