No one is saying Rutgers didn't put together a good NIL package for Ace

If the ONLY thing Ace cared about was NIL, I'm sure he could have found a blue blood that would have offered more. He is a top 5 overall player. Every single program would want him. If you're saying Rutgers can offer more money than UNC and Kentucky, I'm not buying it

All players want NIL deals but it's not the one and only factor in a decision

I don't know, but I'm guessing UNC, KY, Duke, are tryint to get 4-5 guys like Ace every year.
Rutgers went after ONE.
It's conceivable that we were able to outspend for one of them.

No way are our top 5 NIL guys or top 10 guys anywhere near what those programs have in total.

Well if true it will become public sooner than later. I do believe we offered a NIL package. Was hoping it was more than just that.
The "more than just that" would be that this is the best place to be for a year before you enter the NBA draft.
