If it does happen look for more bottles of Pappy to be "found" and other distilleries to do more "limited" releases.
If they are going to let the bars and restaurants operate outside the distribution system in place, then we consumers should be allowed to also.

PO's me to no end that KY doesn't permit case wine delivery to residents from wineries (unless winery has no sales presence instate.). KY is about 1/15 states this way. Have to get my cases delivered across river in OH & then illegally drive them home.
