Flip and Whitehead are the keys to this class being a really strong class. If we land Lively then we have a dominant group of guys to lead our front court in 2022. Will still likely need a good PG in this class depending on what Roach does.

Coach Davis recruited him hard for UNC. He's improving rapidly. An important commitment for Coach Scheyer. Mostly because he's a very good player, but also because he was thought to be a Duke lock a couple of months ago

I think that Duke should ask Matt Filipowski to spend another year in prep school to develop, and give him a scholarship in class of 2023. I've never seen him play, but have heard that he is at least 6'10" and improving. Pittsburgh offered a scholarship

True but as soon as he committed is when he became the player that the cheater fans were glad he didn't become a cheater heel and he instantly became the type of player they did not want. It's standard for them when they lose a player to Duke. OFC

As I said on the UNC board, I want the UNC-Duke rivalry to remain the best rivalry in the universe. That means both new coaches need to be able to recruit at a high level. And now both have shown they can.
